Implementation of a new ERP-system in Petrolesport and Global Ports.

Dear Partners,

Please be aware that Global Ports is in process of rolling-out a centralized ERP system.

As the first step, we plan on October 1st 2018 to launch the centralized ERP system at Petrolesport (PLP) as well as Global Ports Management Company.

Following completed implementation at PLP, same ERP roll-out will take place at ULCT (Ust-Luga), FCT (First Container Terminal) and VSC (Vostochnaya Stevedoring Company), starting from the 1st of January 2019.

The roll out of the new ERP system is targeted to spur productivity and automation of business, as well as to enable centralization and high transparency of business processes and operations. Stabilization after launch typically takes up to 2 (two) months.

During the period of launch and stabilization, we do not foresee any sensitive impact for our customers, partners and other counterparties, but as this process could generate concerns please see the main answers to potential questions in a Q&A form:

Q&A

Q.1 Will implementation of ERP system at PLP affect the vessel/yard operation and/or cargo processing at the gates?
A.1 No, neither the vessel operation nor the yard operation will be affected by this implementation of ERP, as our main "Terminal Operational System – TOS" will be left untouched

Q.2 What does the ERP implementation mean to me/us as customer, and how could we potentially be affected in our day-to-day business?
A.2 At the first stage, the ERP system implementation and introduction to Global Ports might not be noticed, but it will over time bring improved customer experience and free-up staff and resources to provide our customers a better service. During the first 2 (two) months – and for technical reasons - examples of some slight delays in billing or payments can occur

Q.3 What is the expected ERP implementation time for PLP?
A.3 Launch date is October 1st 2018, and the implementation will run for a period of 2 (two) months.

Q.4 If we experience any abnormalities, who can we contact for questions and clarification?
A.4 In case of any abnormalities please contact us at invoice@globalports.com. We will also establish a "Hot Line" for handling and resolving any ERP related issues across all the entities of the Group.

Q.5 Will ERP also be implemented at other Global Ports terminals, and if so, when?
A.5 Yes. It will be fully implemented across Global Ports terminals starting from the 1st of January 2019. We will timely provide details of implementation dates for each terminal.

In case of any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at invoice@globalports.com.

Thank you for your understanding,

Kind regards,
Global Ports
